Timeline to submit audited statutory financial statements 
Listed / Public companies:

1. 财务期间结束后 2 个月内提交至泰国证券交易所（SET）
2. 经股东大会批准经审计财务报表，需在财务期间结束后 4 个月内完成
3.  经批准后 1 个月内提交至泰国商业发展部（DBD）

非公開会社:

1.  经股东大会批准经审计财务报表，需在财务期间结束后 4 个月内完成
2. 经批准后 1 个月内提交至泰国商业发展部（DBD）
